RETURN POLICY 

    • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • All sales ( purchases) are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered in the form of store credit . We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind

    • Also, We do not accept refunds or exchanges for pre-order products.(read our pre-order page)

      If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at contact@info.boojiebijoux.com with the subject line: Return and the #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving your order,  a photo of the item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request.     

    • to re-iterate we do not offer refund only store credit in the event of you receiving a incorrect order or damage product .

  • We only offer exchanges if you need a different ring size or to replace items if they are false or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

  • We do not accept refunds or exchanges for pre-order products.(read our pre-order page for more info )

  • If you need an exchange, please send us an email @info.boojiebijoux.com with the subject line Exchange and #OrderNumber.

    Returns must be within 30 days from the date of receiving your package and it must be  unused, unaltered, undamaged, along with their original packaging .

    Please note for exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only.

     

 

          REFUNDS ( IF APPLICAPLE )  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded
