SHIPPING POLICY 

• it is advisable to check with your local authorities prior to completing your order , because any customs duties or taxes that applies by your country's legal regulations is to be borne by the customer in this case being you .
• we  are not responsible for any uncollected item or packages due to incomplete /wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, once your order has been shipped there is nothing we can do, so please make sure that your information are correct and that you keep tract of your order with your tracking number and contact your shipper if you won't be home for delivery /shipping signature might be required. 

• We are not liable for unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions or customs clearance procedures.

  In the case of missing or lost parcels, refunds will be processed only upon official confirmation from the postal service. According to universal postal regulations, the inquiry may take up to 2 months to conclude.

• first class package(standard)is apply to all U.S ORDERS or priority mail(express) is also available at checkout thru USPS.
• international shipping rate  is calculated at the time of checkout .(different rates may apply ) 
• DHL carrier for international shipping or USPS 1st class international if desire.
